Can we break our habits, and try something new.  As we are just out of the worldwide lockdown, everyone is acutely aware of viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens that can cause a person to feel less than healthy.  We wore masks that protected our nose and mouth from foreign bacteria from entering our bodies.  This scientifically proven method is both simple and effective.
